Information you give us

When you use an enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and message. Event enquiries also ask for the event type. Elements Touch invitation enquiries may include an invitation number, quantity and printing details. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is needed to explain your enquiry.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss your event or invitation requirements, and, if requested, prepare a proposal. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or promotional messages. We do not sell enquiry details.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Enquiries are sent to our business email inbox. We currently do not apply a fixed automatic deletion period to those emails. We keep correspondence for ongoing discussions and business records and may remove it when it is no longer needed. If you would like to ask about an enquiry or request its deletion, email info@elements.com.qa; we will review the request subject to any records we need to keep.

The website is hosted on Google Cloud. Our hosting and email-delivery services process the information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request data may be processed for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Form security and third-party services

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this security check under its Turnstile Privacy Notice. Embedded maps and other third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some website features.

Google Maps and external sites

Our contact section embeds Google Maps. When you load or use that map, Google may receive information from your browser under Google’s Privacy Policy. Links to our social media accounts take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy practices.
